HOW TO MAKE RETURNS?

You can easily make your return by following the steps below:

1. You can create a return request through the ALFABETA online store. You can create your return request with the My Account -My Orders-I want to return option.

2. Place your invoice, along with the products you wish to return, in a bag or box similar to the one in which your order was sent.

RETURN OPTION TO DELIVERY TO CARGO BRANCH

Write our address of the recipient company code as MNG Cargo 617741355 on the package. You can deliver your return package to any MNG Cargo branch.

HOME DELIVERY & RETURN OPTION

You can write ALFABETA on your return package. You can request a courier by calling MNG Kargo 0(850) 222 06 06 so that they can receive your return.

RETURN OPTIONS

Your return amount will be refunded to you within 5 days of your return, according to the way you paid for your order.

CARD
Card: If you made a purchase with a card, your refund will be returned to the card you used to make the payment.

Payment by Installment Card: We will make a refund to your bank and your bank will deduct the refund amount from the installment rate.

Payment by Wire Transfer: Inform our Whatsapp Customer Service about your Account number to be repaid.

CAN I EXCHANGE PRODUCT?

There is no exchange option for purchases made through the ALFABETA online store. If you wish, you can return the product you purchased and create a new order.

CAN I SEND MY RETURN WITH A DIFFERENT CARGO COMPANY?

We recommend that you make your returns through the courier company we have presented to you.
We recommend that you do not make your returns with different shipping companies. For our return procedure, only the option of returning with MNG Cargo is offered.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN?

You can make your returns free of charge with our contracted company, MNG Cargo.

CAN I RETURN FROM PHYSICAL STORES?

Products purchased from our online store cannot be returned to physical stores.
